Still recovering from this cold. Got a lot of snot lodged in my nose making it kinda hard to breathe, but I'm still going at it. I spent the whole session at the gym worrying that I might have left my wallet there yesterday because I thought I had it on me today but I didn't. It turned out to be in my car, but I was worrying about it the whole time so I couldn't really focus.
Also, I bought some Gatorade before going to the gym, though I normally have Powerade. I can't tell if there's any difference in taste at all, but I wonder about all that BS that's on the bottles about vitamin b12 and electrolytes and all that crap. Is there any real difference between Powerade and Gatorade? it just tastes the same and quenches my thirst the same as well. IDk
