Blueberry pancake recipe

Blueberry - Buttermilk Pancake recipe. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar 1 egg 1 cup buttermilk 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed 1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and buttermilk. Stir buttermilk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries Set aside for 1 hour.A 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle. or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve. EnJoy
