So issue is that when I open league, it tells me theres a new patch, I click restart now, but after that it shows a message saying
"We have restored this installation to an older version of League of Legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version."
I am a very frequent player and this is the second time its done this to me and before I just decided to reinstall the client which worked. It doesn't happen every patch but when I click "OK" to let it do its thing, It begins to patch 1.6mb, restart, bring up that same message again and repeat. I am playing on a mac desktop, the specs are:
macOS High Sierra
iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
Processor 3.2Ghz Intel Core i5
Memory 16 Gb 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1 GB
theres like 1 terabyte of space on this thing.
I dont know what to do and would like to avoid reinstalling when this shouldnt be happening at all.
SIDE NOTE: i face no lagg issues, ping spikes, crashes, ect. AT ALL. NONE.
Please upvote and type your experiences if you are facing this problem also, Ive found 2 other threads that were ignored on this issue and I feel alot more people are dealing with it but just choose to reinstall each time.
