Why does everyone say that the customer support is so bad???

Ok, so a couple days ago I got a 2 week ban for saying "kys" in a game. I was a new player, had no idea of the consequences, and was very angry in the beginning because I thought such a long ban was unfair. However, literally only 10 minutes after I "asked for a human" in response to the bot answer to my support ticket, I got a thorough and detailed explanation as to why I got banned. Now, I was still partially angry, because not all my questions were answered, but instead of being angry about it and ranting on how the support sucks, (like everyone seems to) I decided to ask someone in the Live Chat. Luckily, it was open. I know it can be kind of annoying when it isn't, but that chat is open at least like 6 or 7 hours a day, and if you are just patient and wait, you will find someone to talk to. Back to the story, I ended up talking to one of the customer support employees/admins, and contrary to public opinion, got a very friendly and well informed member of the team. He explained to me everything about why I got banned, and I ended up leaving not angry. Obviously this led me to have more questions, so the next day, I went on live chat and found the same person. I asked them several different questions, and all but 1 were answered friendly and correctly. The point of the story is that I just don't understand why people get so worked up about when someone is trying to do their job to the best of their ability. I understand that sometimes things can get difficult and that circumstances change, but if there is nothing they can change, do, or know about the problem, then just think about if you were in their shoes. It sucks for them a lot more than you if you have to deal with someone yelling at you every time you tell them if they can't get unbanned or the reason why they were banned or if they don't know. Seriously people, I've played many, many video games, and no community is as toxic and unfair as this one. Just please remember that they are people too.
