Creating a fantasy lcs league issues

Hi, I haven't touched Fantasy LCS in a few years and for me there isn't an option to create a league, just leagues that I was in a few years ago. When I looked online for info,(https://fantasy.na.lolesports.com/en-US/how-to-play) it says that "You can continue creating leagues after LCS starts, though your league will be scored on future weeks" but there just isn't an option for this. Anyone know how to fix this?
