Champion Gameplay Concept: Supportive Jungler

So, I was inspired by a popular YouTube video explaining Ivern. It made points about how the idea was really cool but it was poorly executed. Well, now I want to attempt to make a jungler with a more supportive touch, my goals for this concept are... -Make a jungler who has a supportive touch. -Make a supportive champion who has incentive to be a jungler. -Make a champion that would be decently fun to play. For the sake of this concept, I'm going to call the champion Robert. The theme would be someone who can manipulate life energy and soulfire. Keep in mind the attack range for this champion is 400. **Passive: Lifebind** .After being out of combat for 5 seconds, your next basic attack is empowererd. Your empowered basic attack has 500 range. When you click on an enemy to attack them you channel for 0.5 seconds, after which the enemy takes an additional 20-190 (levels 1-18)+(30% ability power) magic damage and is stunned for 0.75 seconds. **Passive: Stolen Life** .When you kill a large minion or monster, you gain a stack of **Stolen Life**, this empowers some of your other abilities. You can hold a maximum of 5 stacks of** Stolen Life**. You also get a stack of **Stolen Life** if you get a takedown on a champion. **Q: Soulfire Pulse** Unleash Soulfire around Robert, damaging all enemies within 350 units. All enemies hit by this take 60/90/120/150/180+(55% ability power) damage. If Robert has a stack of** Stolen Life**, this spell deals an additional 10/20/30/40/50+(15% ability power) damage and stuns enemies hit for 1 second, while consuming the stack. cooldown: 9 **W: Lifegiver** Heal an ally champion for 30/45/60/75/90+(25% ability power) health. If Robert has a stack of **Stolen Life** the healing is increased by 10/20/30/40/50+(15% ability power)+(5% maximum health) for each stack consumed. This can consume up to 2 stacks of **Stolen Life**. range: 450 cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 **E: Mark of the Damned** Hurl a projectile of soulfire in a target direction that deals 70/110/150/190/230+(50% ability power) to the first enemy hit. If this hits a champion, that champion is slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. During this time, that enemy's magic resist is reduced by 10/15/20/25/30% and they are inflicted with grevious wounds. range: 650 cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 **R: Grasp of Below** Extend a spectral hand in a target direction. Upon hitting an enemy champion, this deals 200/300/400+(60% ability power) damage and pulls the champion 400 units towards Robert. For every stack of **Stolen Life** that Robert has, this spell deals an additional 30/50/70+(10% ability power) damage and drags the champion 100 units closer to Robert. This consumes all stacks of **Stolen Life** if it hits a champion. range: 1000 cooldown: 110/80/50 **Strengths ** Decent Damage Good cc Decent healing **Weaknesses** Somewhat limited jungle clear Weak ganks pre level 6 No self sustain Please leave thoughts on the concept, thank you!
