Buffing ADC's damage isn't the solution

Seriously, these PBE changes are absolutely useless to the overall issue of ADCs. 20 Damage on a Q and and extra Ult range? 15 Extra damage on ult? Giving Kalista more base AD? ADC's problem is being blown up in under 2 seconds every fight, not dealing too little damage. ADC's are capable of dealing TONNES OF DAMAGE if they could literally live past what is supposed to be a poke spell. Maybe nerf the damage every class is dealing right now so ADC's HAVE A CHANCE TO DEAL THEIR DAMAGE. Instead of being blown up at the start of every teamfight by everyone.
