A Sub-Classification of Assassins (or champions that can function as Assassins)

**Playmaker Assassins** {{champion:84}} {{champion:238}} {{champion:55}} {{champion:245}} {{champion:103}} The **Playmakers** can be some of the most powerful or weakest assassins, depending on how mechanically skilled the player is, and can survive or even defeat multiple enemies in situations that are generally unfavorable to them, due to their unique playstyles and mechanics. While they can be extremely snowbally, it's possible to outplay them even when they're ahead. And if a player playing a **Playmaker** performs poorly, **Flankers** {{champion:28}} {{champion:121}} {{champion:141}} {{champion:107}} {{champion:555}} {{champion:35}} **Flankers **generally prefer isolated situations in which they can pick off priority targets, or opportunities in which they can clean up low health enemies. **Flankers** have extremely strong mobility, and/or a method to avoid detection, and can become unholy terrors of the rift when in the right hands. **Annihilators** {{champion:38}} {{champion:7}} {{champion:62}} {{champion:131}} {{champion:133}}{{champion:59}} {{champion:56}} {{champion:91}} {{champion:54}} {{champion:105}} {{champion:142}} {{champion:80}} While they vary significantly in mobility, utility, and in general playstyle (and strength depending on the patch), **Annihilators** are generally extremely difficult to shut down once they've gotten ahead, and excel at straight out killing champions, as their damage potential is usually significantly less situational early on than that of **Flankers**, and they are generally much more mechanically simpler than the **Playmakers**.
