Some reasonable buffs/changes for Volibear to made viable again...

As the title says... {{champion:106}} is currently sitting at a 48% win rate: http://na.op.gg/champion/volibear/statistics/top https://champion.gg/champion/Volibear/Top Q: Rolling Thunder Bonus movement speed increased from 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% to 25/30/35/40/45% Bonus movement speed increased from 4 seconds to 4/5/6/7/8 seconds 40% AD scaling added **New Effect** {{champion:106}} can now move through units during Rolling Thunder W: Frenzy Bonus attack speed per stack increased from 4/8/12/16/20% to 12/16/20/24/28% Cooldown halved against minions and monsters removed **New Effect** Frenzy now resets and refunds its mana cost if it kills minions or monsters E: Majestic Roar AP scaling removed; 100/110/120/130/140% AD scaling added. 60/65/70/75/80% AD scaling added to bonus damage **New Effect** Majestic Roar deals 80% bonus damage to minions and monsters R: Thunder Claws Cooldown decreased from 100/90/80 to 80/70/60 seconds **New Effect** Thunder Claws deals double damage to minions --- Reasons: -By buffing the movement speed and increasing its duration on Rolling Thunder will allow {{champion:106}} to move through units and allow him to catch up to enemies much more easier without being kited to death. -By putting AD scalings on {{champion:106}} will finally make him the bruiser/juggernaut he is meant to be. -Putting a reset on minion/monster kill on Frenzy will allow {{champion:106}} to have no difficulty wave clearing. -By reducing the cooldown and adding double damage to minions on Thunders Claws will allow {{champion:106}} to clear large minion waves without issue.
