Maybe assassin items should be exclusive to assassin champions

No matter what iteration they come in, be it lethality or armor pen, it seems like there will always be a set group of champions that can abuse it. How would you feel if they just made it so champions classified as assassin (primary or secondary) could only buy those item? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-DIzOE3HYw let me be clear here, what i mean by exclusive items, i mean lock 1-2 items like ({{item:3147}} {{item:3142}}) to assassins only/ {{item:3071}} can be exclusive to bruiser/tanks, stuff like that. then you can buff or revert the items without making it overly cancerous or nerf it without making it unusable on another champion.
