URF as an event is a nice idea, but it needs to be removed from Nexus Blitz.

URF skews NB matches and champion select far too much, not to mention it's simply inherently far more broken than the original URF since 95% cdr is possible. You and your team could have a moderate lead on your opponent but when it's time for URF it's all made irrelevant as the other side comes out with double the kills and with multiple players On Fire because players like to pick around the event when it's revealed on champ select. From then on the match just becomes a 1 sided stomp which most players simply opt to surrender by the 8 min mark because it really isn't that fun to play against.
