Here's my idea for reworking Teemo , with the purpose of making him a healthier champion , while still retaining some of his core aspects
- Health : 550 - 2250
- Health regen : 5-16
- Mana : 400-800
- Mana regen : 10 - 17.3
- Attack range : 475
- Attack damage : 59-109
- Attack speed : 0.69(+10-60%)
- Armor : 24- 96
- Magic resist : 30-40
- Movespeed : 225
Passive : Guerrilla warfare
New equipment : Teemo's auto range increases by 0/25/50/100 at levels 1/6/11/16 (475/500/525/575).
Ajunta poison : All of Teemo's abilities apply stacks of Ajunta poison , an extremely potent poison capable of damaging the nervous system tremendously in a short amount of time , slowing down and potentially blinding targets , applying debuffs to enemies in the process :
- Target loses 1/2/3/4/5(at levels 1/5/9/13/17) flat movespeed per second per Ajunta poison stack as long as the Ajunta poison persists , movespeed loss is regained gradually over the course of 1 second once the Ajunta poisoning stops .
- If a target reaches 3/5/7(based on target's level , 1/6/13) Ajunta poison stacks , the target also becomes blinded , the effect lasting as the target is still affected by the minimum threshold of Ajunta poison stacks , the blind effect persists for 0.5 seconds after the Ajunta poison stacks fall beneath the threshold .
- Ajunta poison debuff ends immediately if the timer expires (3 seconds) , applying a stack refreshes the timer .
- Due to the extreme potency of the Ajunta poison , cleansing effects only clear half of the Ajunta poison stacks .
Q : Camouflage/Ambush
Q1: Camouflage ; Mana cost : 50/65/80/95/110 ; Cooldown : 24/22/20/18/16(cooldowns begins when Q1 invisibility/ camouflage ends)
- Teemo begins a (2 - (0.5 per 100 bAD) )second channel which camouflages him with a quickly reducing detection radius(starting from an initial (600 - [25 per 100 bAD], min 550) units detection range) over the course of the channel while also granting him a decaying (30+[10-20 based on level ] + [ 5 per 100 ap ] ) % speedboost over 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 and cleansing himself of all slows on the initial cast , however he is not capable of using any other abilities , auto attacking , item actives ,or summoner spells during the channel , if the channel completes he becomes invisible for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds while also being allowed to move, if teemo enters a bush while invisible he can maintain the invisibility and freedom to move even after the 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/ 2 seconds end , until leaving the bush/attacking.
Q2: Ambush ; No mana cost
- For 2 seconds after breaking the invisibility (with a 1 second lock-out time after breaking invisibility)( breaking the camouflage doesn't prime Ambush) , Teemo can activate Ambush , increasing his attack speed by 40-80% (based on level) for 3 seconds while also progressively slowing himself down across the 3 seconds by up to 40% , movespeed is recovered immediately after ambush ends.
W : Noxious haze ; Mana cost : 60/70/80/90/100 ; Cooldown : 11/10/9/8/7(cd begins on cast); Range : 500/550/600/650/700 ; Missile speed ; 1100 : Tick rate for checking : 0.25 seconds ; Haze Radius : 200/225/250/275/300
- Teemo throws a concoction which releases a haze amplifying the Ajunta poison that lasts for 3.1 seconds and that spreads , E-Toxic shot .and R-Noxious trap's poison effects to other targets in the haze , as long as there's at least 1 target in the haze affected by said poison . Targets that have received the poison effect and that are in the haze also receive 1 Ajunta poison stack for every 1.5 seconds they are in it and they have the duration of their poison effects refreshed
E: Toxic shot : Mana cost 70/75/80/85/90 ; Cooldown : 10/9/8/7/6
- Passive: Teemo's autoattacks deal an additional ( [ 10/20/30/40/50 based on ability rank] + 25% AP ) bonus magic damage , and apply 1 Ajunta poison stack.
- Active : For the next 5 autoattacks Teemo also applies a potent poison which deals ( 1/4 X "number of Ajunta poison stacks" X ( [ 1.5/3/4.5/6/7.5 based on ability rank ] + 5% AP) ) magic damage per second for 4 seconds .
R: Noxious trap Target range : 400/650/900 ; Collision radius : 60 ; Effect radius: 215 ; Cost : 75 mana + 1 charge ; Cooldown: 0.25 seconds
Recharge time: 20/ 15 / 10 seconds
- Teemo places a mushroom on the ground which stealths and arms after 0.75 seconds, lasting for 300 seconds , detonating when it's stepped on by someone inflicting a more potent Ajunta poison ,granting true sight of the target , slowing them by 10% and damaging the target by ( 1/2 X "number of Ajunta poison stacks" X ( [25/40/55 per ability rank]+10% ap) ) magic damage per second and applying 1 stack of Ajunta poison per second , for 4 seconds.
What i've tried to achieve in this theorycraft :
- Preserve Teemo's item flexibility
- Preserve Teemo's role flexibility
- Make him a healthier champion
- Enable him 2 distinct buildpaths (ad and ap) with different playstyles
- Make him less of a binary champion
- Weaken his early game and reliability on blind to allow power in his kit to be shifted without requiring extreme precaution even for minor changes
- Give him new tools to use on opponents
