@Meddler - Scope of future Ezreal changes?

It feels petty to try to call out individual names but it seems to work for other people so.. hey, I'll give it a shot. Hopefully this doesn't come across that way, I'm just trying to reach out. I've gone much more [in-depth here](http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/hgs4Y8Bw-spelunking-into-ezreals-gameplay-words-from-a-beta-player) but the short of it is that I don't think a simple ratio is necessarily what is holding Ezreal back from his full potential. I am simply curious, at this time, what the plans are in terms of scope for Ezreal? On the one hand, I sincerely hope he doesn't get a full rework and end up with some "mini game" aspect to his kit.. but I also think he needs more refining than simple number changes. While is definitely a straight buff to AD Ezreal, I think a little more depth to future changes can really bring out his best attributes. The basics of my suggestions are to replace his passive with a more cohesive one, in particular adding some situational mobility. Also, the bigger issue in terms of properly carrying I think lies in his late game scaling. Since Ezreal doesn't scale as well with crits (since his main/safest/reliable damage is his Q and does not crit) he needs a better way to amp up his late game damage. I have had various ideas and suggestions for these but I am wondering at this time what the scope of changes you are looking at for Ez? Number tweaks or any possibility of a partial update to his kit.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
