Ekko should never be buffed

This champion literally stays in lane spamming his Q at no cost. The moment you try to do something about his passive and uninteractive gameplay, he clicks R to run away and TPs back to lane to continue his Q spam. Why this champion is even in the game blows my mind. High mobility, high damage, EXTREMELY safe, wave clear and the list goes on. I'd rather face {{champion:51}} than {{champion:245}} any day of the week.
