Passive - Frenzy of the Storm: Every third attack, Volibear will bite down on his attack target, dealing bonus physical damage based on his target's missing health. When Volibear's health drops below 1/3, he heals a large amount based on the damage he deals.
Q - Rolling Thunder: Volibear gains bonus movement speed for the next 4 seconds, doubled when moving towards a nearby visible enemy champion within range of him. For the duration, Volibear's next basic attack deals bonus physical damage and flings his target over and behind himself. Rolling Thunder resets Volibear's autoattack timer.
W - Electrifying Claws: Volibear gains bonus attack speed for a few seconds. The bonus physical damage of Frenzy of the Storm deals double damage as mixed damage for a few seconds. Volibear's basic attacks mark an enemy as Electrified. When Volibear bites down from Frenzy of the Storm, he deals his bonus damage to all Electrified enemies and his attack also deals it's bonus damage to the nearest unmarked target, marking them.
E - The Coming Storm - Passive: Volibear stores a charge of Coming Storm periodically, up to a maximum of 3 at once. Thunderous Roar cannot be cast without charges.
* Thunderous Roar - Active: Volibear stops and roars, consuming all charges of Coming Storm, dealing magic damage to all enemies around him, causing enemy champions to become slowed and minions and monsters to become feared. The damage and radius of Thunderous Roar increases with every stack consumed. If all 3 stacks were consumed, enemy champions also become feared.
R - Chieftain of War: All allies behind Volibear gain bonus movement speed towards Volibear. Melee allied champions also Electrify enemies with their basic attacks. Recasting this ability will command all near by allied minions to target a single enemy, causing them to deal bonus damage to that target. The bonus movement speed for allied minions is doubled.
