->Base damage nerf of 60, 0.2AP ratio and 0.3AD ratio nerf
->Evens out the damage of the three strikes, removing the flash Q3 combo and giving him more of a sustained thread.
W; Drain changed from 75-170 to 40-200.
Actually a net buff but a hit to his early sustain, especially bot lane.

Shield gain from champion hit buffed from 15% max shield strength from all ranks to 15-25 mother*cking percent.

These changes are actually a great starting point but Morde's reliance on hitting his three Q's makes him having actually decent AS, MS and base stats somewhat of a necessity.
AS per level: 2%->3%. This would allow him to more effectively smack people with his mace late game, where every second matters
Health per level; 73->83 His base health is really, really bad. But I understand him needing to have less health than his fellow Juggernauts. This would beef up his bae health from 1765 to 1900ish. Seems decent actually :9
Base MS; 325 is really bad, especially with the other Juggernauts having 340+ and more CC, Mobility.
Giving him about 335 doesn't seem too much of a buff
