After being broken for almost 9 months, camille gets a -0.2% base as nerf

Its 5ms irelia and 0.25s zoe all over again. Camille, the champion who can more or less completely bypass the attack speed stat with her 80% steroid on E AND TWO AA RESETS on the kit on a low CD, builds a single item that gives AS (trinity) so that makes the nerf even less relevant, by lvl 18 shes losing like 3% as, which is like 1/4th of a dagger, wow a nerf! Im sure this will "balance" the abomination that is camille, a super powercreeped diver that has almost no weaknesses. Give her a real nerf riot FFS.
