Azir Can't Kill Wards....?

I have mixed feelings about the rework, but overall I am just relieved that Riot appears to have avoided butchering him horribly. My semirelevant complaint: why the hell remove his ability to kill wards? It was useful, it didn't tip any scales, and it made a lot of sense. What WOULD have made sense would be to not let 2 soldiers hitting a ward count as 2 hits on the ward. The soldiers are extensions of Azir's basic attacking, they should be able to hurt wards D:
