For lazy readers:
- Damage enemy champions grants bonus AD/AP for few seconds.
- Stacks up to 5 times.
- After 5 times, grants 10% healing & 10% True Damage (_current is 20% True Damage_).
Imo, this one looks a lot more promising compared to the current Conqueror we have right now.
Limiting the stacking to just simply enemy champions alone allows the rune to be much less of an annoyance, such as Yasuo with current Conqueror stacking it alone on minions just so his 1st few hits on me guarantees an absurd amount of True Damage.
Other than that, the healing allows to assist those who's in dire need of some oomph to their lane sustains like Riven, although I do think it should be slightly reduced to avoid the healing stats being abused by someone like Darius.
