Can we have a reworked Runeglaive back?

I came across it on the fandom wikia a few months ago, and I understand why it was busted (it basically scaled too well too early, and was magic damage). But why not some watered down Trinity Force (+150% base AD, plus the 10% CDR and Mana from Sheen)? AP users get their Luden's Echo, why not Trinity Force users?
