However... If it is meant to be a potential starting item for caster adcs, why is the AD so low in comparison to Infinity Edge? I could understand it maybe being 70 ad bc one could argue that ER gives you a better early game since spells tend to be stronger than autos early, but a 20 ad difference is a bit much and puts most champs in a situation where they probably won't build it. Also, the mana regen on it feels terrible compared to all past iterations of ER, even the first one.
