Mordekaiser rework thoughts.

Mordekaiser's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage. After three spells or attacks against a champion, Darkness Rise deals damage to nearby enemies and gives movement speed until Mordekasier is out of combat.
Hi, I have been playing Mordekaiser ever since Nidalee became garbage mid lane, (thanks riot us Nidalee players are still waiting or quit). Recently have been playing ranked again for the first time in years, at Plat 2 with 80% winrate on Mordekaiser over 30 games. A few thoughts on Mordekaiser that I see problematic. Passive - Phase rush effect. This will help snowball Top lane Mordekaiser in matchups he is already winning, also I do not see the need for Rylais anymore. E - 25% Magic Penetration passive. What?? was he too weak in testing so you had to slap this on him to make him playable top lane? Was Riot balance team unsatisfied if they lost the 1v1 with this problematic R and slapped this on to make him win vs tanks? R - Removing the Ghosts, which was the skill expressive thing about Mordekaiser. I could control a Dragon in bot lane while farming Mid lane, or Pop off in fights with an AD Carry ghost, or get a tank ghost for massive HP in fights where I needed it. Now you have a more busted Camille Ult (without interfering of course). How are the problems with this overlooked in design? Didn't we have issues with balancing Camille and still do? The other abilities seem to be in the right direction though. I really hope the ultimate gets changed before Mordekaiser hits live. I am not writing him off, will be playing him on PBE and Live before complaining or praising more. Not gonna lie, REALLY disappointed to lose ghosts.
