Should there be at least one tank item with a "Negate X Lethality" effect?

Before you say "Just get more armor", that's not what I'm thinking. I'm thinking a late-game tank-only item that specifically negates a set amount of Lethality without being overloaded with armor. Why have this effect? To specifically counter AD assassins and Lethality builders without hampering enemies with no ArPen or ADCs who don't favor Lethality. And while getting a {{item:1031}} might seem like it's doing the same thing, this effect would not be rendered ineffective by {{item:3071}} or other armor-shredders. On live, Lethality can still threaten a tank once said tank's armor has been torn up by shred effects. This is all just theoretical, though, so don't freak out.
