I don't know how Yuumi made release like this.

Dear Riot, I know you lean on the playerbase to figure champions out before making adjustments, and I get that, you are far from the only developer in the world to do that. I want to know how this champion made release. My problem with Yuumi isn't that she's weak. This is not a numbers thing. She just has no point. "Jack of all trades master of none" seems to be the fitting adage. Let's take a few examples so I can articulate my thoughts precisely. Why do people pick {{champion:37}} ? What does she bring to the table? Well she has great poke, decent healing, and some CC. When my support picks her I think "Oh good, we'll get some good poke and sustain in there." I get excited for that when my support picks her. Why do people pick {{champion:99}} ? What does she bring to the table? Well she's a CC monster rivaled only by {{champion:89}} and {{champion:25}} and a shield to boot. I get excited about that when my support picks her. Why do people pick {{champion:16}} ? What does she bring to the table? Phenomenal healing along with a silence and poke. I'm struggling to see what there is to be excited about with {{champion:350}} . I really am. I'm trying to be positive with this champion and you've made it as difficult as you possibly could. Everything is just bland. Not to mention that because she is untargetable means all poke gets directed at me the ADC. She's not a great healer, her poke is substandard, her peel is substandard, her CC is substandard. Literally the only high-point she has is she is untargetable which is useless to the ADC, hell to anyone but her. Did you have a bunch of sycophants playtest her? How about the developers themselves? Did you playtest her? I'm honestly curious because this champion has glaring and deep flaws from a philosophical standpoint to numbers.
