i know how to nerfish/fix ezreal without taking away tear or abusing sheen power levels...

(thats basically just like a Crit item early game)... heres the solution: make on his hits scale throughout the game from 50% to 125-50% early to late game on his Q. (scales on personal level) that would make his power spike sheen less oppressive early while still remaining a scaler late game. that would allow us to keep our double tear builds and stuff
