Which of these Heroic Abilities from Heroes of the Storm could be acceptable in League?

Yes, I've been playing a lot of HotS compared to LoL lately. Less toxic, faster games, and honestly it feels more polished. And some of the Heroic abilities (which are essentially ultimates) feel like they could have potential in League. I'd like to go through a few of them and see which ones would be okay for LoL and which ones would be busted. --- **Diablo - Apocalypse** Create a demonic rune under each enemy Hero on the battleground. After 1.75 seconds the rune explodes dealing damage and stunning for 1.75 seconds. I feel this one would be great for League, provided it had a long cooldown, as its potential is very high while being offset by its activation delay. This gives you PLENTY of opportunity to dodge it, forcing the user to apply it in team fights or after an ally has provided a setup. --- **Chromie - Temporal Loop** Choose an enemy Hero. After 3 seconds, they will teleport back to the location where you cast Temporal Loop on them. Before you say "Ekko", this is different since it applies to an enemy, not yourself. This would be great to force an enemy back to a position so you can stop them from fleeing or chasing. --- **Leoric - March of the Black King** Become Unstoppable and swing your mace three times, healing yourself for X% of your maximum Health for each enemy Hero hit and dealing damage. This would be awesome on a juggernaut. Lots of power potential, and very clear counterplay (GTFOOTW), I see no problems with this one. --- **Artanis - Purifier Beam** Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move. Unlimited range. This one is totally fair, as the beam is slower than an average hero in HotS. This means you can typically outrun it unless someone is CCing you. It hurts like crazy, though, so you're encouraged to run away. --- **Medivh - Poly Bomb** Polymorph an enemy Hero, suppressing their attacks and Silencing them for 2 seconds. On expiration, Poly Bomb spreads to other nearby enemy Heroes. This one is awesome if your enemies clump up, resulting in a nearly endless chain of sheep bleats. It's totally fair, too; it isn't very strong if you use it on an isolated enemy, so if your enemies spread out they can prevent it from being too potent. --- So which of these abilities would be fair game in LoL? Assume they would be adjusted for League numbers.
