She is more safe but she must take more risk, because her Q is harder to place, her W is harder to place. Her E CC less but she can CC more people. She will have more regen, and be a mage like Vladimir, with substain, who can deal big dmg and suckk your soul, just like she is supposed to be. New items recommended for her : {{item:3116}} (easier to place the new W), {{item:3285}} , {{item:3089}}, {{item:3157}}, {{item:3009}} She can't auto attack when she use her new Q so the opponents must take this chance to harrass her and take care of her orb who is growing. With this rework, she will be the queen of true dmg because of her Q can deal to 90% of her ability power true dmg.
