I don't understand why more game specific champ removals aren't utilized. Heimerdinger is a problem now, just like he was last time.
1. Limit the number of turrets each can place
2. Limit the number of turrets that can target an individual
3. Limit turret regen when surrounded by other turrets
4. Limit the amount of ult turrets capable of being on the field at once
Seriously, this guy has no interaction. Heimerdinger is never in danger of actually losing a fight so long as he has turrets and hourglass, and will always, always outpush you.
