RNG should not be apart of a champions Kit

Namely talking about {{champion:114}} and {{champion:23}} early on in the game Tryn's crit passive (unlike jhins that's guarenteed on the 4th hit) should not be there. Randomly hitting crits early on is bad game design and makes it so if you fight him head on there's either a chance he loses because of RNG or you do and that's just stupid Moving on to Fiora her passive vital placments play a big part in how passive or aggressive she'll be and how you need to position yourself. That being said if a vital is facing directly at her she's either gonna get free %hp true damage (why though?) and heal (but why?) or you have to run stupidly far back and miss cs to deal with it. RNG should not be in a game like this at all.
