Could you not buff riven and caitlyn? caitlyn received nothing but buffs for the past year. Her winrate is 50% with a 20% pickrate which is really, not bad at all. Riven had been terrorizing solo queue for years now because you cater to her so fucking much. Let her stay "weak" for a little bit, let us have some fresh air. The champion doesn't have to be god tier all the time. ##51+% winrate on a HIGH SKILL CAP champion with a high pick rate on masters+ # Is pretty much okay 9.18 is going to be back to riven with 55% winrate, mark my words
