i think marksmen update just needs two things

1. blood thirster drains 30% less with ranged attacks / 20% less with critical strikes so adc don't heal back so soon even draven does this 2. base critical damage should be 150% or 180% not 200% that is too much and they still have unbelievable amount of late game burst damage this will balance it out a bit. i do not want to see stormrazer though, can that just be an aram / urf / one for all item? it sounds scary as hell and the new essence reaver sounds busted as well.. it needs to be toned down and probably limit how it works with only certain abilities
