misread lulu's q change

Thought it said that her q damage was reduced by 70%, not *to* 70%, which means her q damage is exactly the same when wave clearing and even better for yourself when dueling someone So her solo lane will be more cancer. Woo? I highly suggest pulling something; preferably her q change Also, blindly downvoting doesn't tell me why you disagree.
