Another balance failure to Irelia, when will they ever decide to nerf the biggest flaw in her kit?

This just came through on the PBE: > Flawless Duet (E) range lowered from 850 to 775 cooldown increased from 14/13/12/11/10 to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 Every single nerf to her is just a meme, but not as bold as that -5 MS. Anyways, this change isn't all that bad, no one's complaining that her E is frustrating but quite frankly it's easy to dodge, only good Irelia players will hit it once in a while. A nerf is a nerf, better than nothing right? Yes but there are some cons, its first off showing Riot's insensitivity to not actually looking at the champion's kit and detecting anything actually wrong within it. The real flaw in her kit is her passive: > Irelia gains 1 Ionian Fervor stack for every enemy champion hit by her abilities, or if she hits at least one non-champion, stacking up to 5 times. Ionian Fervor lasts for 6 seconds, with basic attacks against champions and large and epic monsters refreshing the duration. Irelia gains 8% − 12% (based on level) Attack speed icon bonus attack speed per stack, up to 40% − 60% (based on level). At maximum stacks, Irelia's basic attacks deal 15 − 66 (based on level) (+ 25% bonus AD) Ability power bonus magic damage on-hit. Do you see anything wrong here? Yeah, I know what you're thinking. She gains 40% attack speed at LVL 1 as well as just an additive giving bonus 15 magic damage for whatever reason at 5 stacks of Ionian fervor, can't forget conqueror too. This means she beats every duel unless she's braindead AFK. No other champion can even come close to this with exception to Jax I guess. It's so simple, all you have to do lower her attack speed to like 20-25% at level 1 and lower the damage to like 8-10. Make it scale harder so like ramp the AD scaling up to 35% and call it a day. The only other problem I see is her Q, probably the most problematic ability. It's an instant gap closer that resets every time. I'd suggest changing its mana cost to 50 and make it only refund 50% of the mana on minion execute or mark proc. This way she'll actually have some weaknesses during laning phase when she can't just constantly spam Q like its URF, she actually gets punished for overusing (loses mana).
