Spellblade Rework

{{item:3057}}'s Spellblade: After using an ability, basic attacks burn targets for 75% base Attack Damage physical damage over 2 seconds for the next 3 seconds. This is considered as an on-hit effect. {{item:3078}}'s Spellblade: After using an ability, basic attacks burn targets for 75% base Attack Damage true damage over 2 seconds for the next 3 seconds. This is considered as an on-hit effect. {{item:3100}}'s Spellblade: Unchanged {{item:3025}}'s Spellblade: Unchanged - Sheen goes from being a burst item in a burst damage meta to a waveclear item when most crit marksmen and certain solo laners struggle with waveclear - Thanks to its true damage (memes aside), Triforce's Spellblade focuses on combatting resistance-stacking instead of just nuking squishies and can no longer be abused alongside armor pen from items or %damage from runes/keystones - Both Sheen and Triforce's Spellblades now encourage autoattacking multiple champions in a fight instead of picking off a single target - Sheen and Triforce now have synergy with Runaan's, giving longrange marksmen that are currently struggling a unique AoE build - Sheen/Triforce can't be abused by Guinsoo's but don't inhibit it either as the initial damage tick would simply tick twice Any ways this can be abused that I'm not seeing? Did I miss anything? What do y'all think?
