Irrefutable proof that Lucian passive did count as 2 stacks for the original Rageblade.

League of Legends gameplay [Lucian]
What kind of build is this? Since when does an ADC buy Manamune (other than Urgot) and Guinsoo's rageblade? All these doesn't matter when you build it on such a broken champion.
If you skip to anywhere after 46:00 minutes in the first video, you will see that Lucian passive did stack the original rageblade twice, because Lucian passive does count as 2 individual basic attacks. The original and current rageblade only counts on-attacks as a stack, but as you can see in the video, Lucian passive did stack the original one twice. For the item reference.... V0.9.25.21 Added Guinsoo's Rageblade item Guinsoo's Rageblade Recipe: Pickaxe item Pickaxe + Blasting Wand item Blasting Wand + Gold 400 On attack or spell cast, increases your attack speed by 4% and ability power by 6. Lasts 5 seconds (stacks up to 8 times). Further proof that Lucian passive is actually 2 attacks is in his champ spotlight. Skip to 00:50 of the video and you hear the narrator stating this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rIiuLXXGEg&t=52s Even more evident is the way Lucian passive stacks {{item:3087}} {{item:3094}} and Fleet foot. His passive stacks them twice. These items also count on-attack as a stack (the same as rageblade), yet rageblade for some reason only gets 1 stack from Lucian passive. So why is riot pretending that suddenly Lucian passive is not 2 attacks, but 1 attack with 2 on-hit effects? This is a blatant lie to prevent Lucian from really using Rageblade. Riot needs to make his passive consistent in the way it stacks all items. Either its stacks {{item:3087}} {{item:3094}} {{item:3124}} and Fleet foot once, or all of them twice. Hell, even the new {{item:3508}} counts Lucian passive as 2 stacks... His passive should at no point stack {{item:3124}} any differently than {{item:3087}} {{item:3094}} or Fleet foot.
