Honestly curious. Why are you penalized for running multiple summoner Heals?
I'm sure at one time this was meant to prevent things from getting too safe, but with all the mobility and damage in the game these days ... plus Ignite is now on a lower cooldown, which means more Grevious Wounds.
I think it would be cool to run double heal sometimes. Add some more variety (in a sense) to summoner spells.
