Tristana shouldn't get punished by timing her jump perfectly against a Naut hook

For those that don't know Tristana's Rocket Jump has a slight unstoppable effect at the start of her jump, so you can get out of Blitz's pull if you time it right. However, Naut's hook has two cc mechanics, the pull and the knock-up on arrival. I don't think the knock-up should occur if the pull part of the hook is negated. This can lead to you successfully negating the pull, but getting knocked-up in mid-air making it impossible to get out of his hook if it hits you, and ccs for a bit longer than intended.
