hecarim's e's scaling makes no sense to me

hecarim's e makes no sense(damage wise) why would it deal high base damage while scaling out of 50% bonus ad especially given the fact hecarim builds tank. i makes no sense since it is an auto attack modifier like trundle's q. i honestly don't get why it scales like this. I would rather see it's base damage reduced but it reached a max of 100+ total ad. for example: min damage : ~~45 / 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 (+ 50% bonus AD) ~~ => 5 / 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 (+ 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% total AD) max damage: ~~90 / 160 / 230 / 300 / 370 (+ 100% bonus AD)~~ => 10 / 70 / 110 / 150 /190 (+ 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140% total AD) --- bonus damage: the ability adds damage ot the normal attack damage. [removed]: ~~min damage : 45 / 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 (+ 50% bonus AD) ~~ ~~max damage: 90 / 160 / 230 / 300 / 370 (+ 100% bonus AD)~~ [new]: min bonus damage: 10 / 30 / 50 / 70 / 90(10/20/30 % total ad) max bonus damage: 25 / 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 ( 25/50/75 % total ad) (increased at levels 3/6/11) ##**note: i'm not suggesting that those numbers are the changes, only the concept**
