I'm an EUW Brand one-trick and ever since the release of this skin it feels bad playing ranked with any other skins/base model. If you know how Brand's passive works, you know each ability that hits applies a stack of your passive, making it so that every spell that follows has an extra effect and when you reach three stacks you get a giant burst of damage. Brand is an aoe teamfighter and has plenty of ways to spread his passive around the enemy team. This is pretty much what the champion is supposed to do. His ult bounces between targets and his E when used on a target that has a passive stack, spreads the passive to nearby enemies. One of the difficult things about Brand to me has always been managing my passive in teamfights while positioning, kiting, hitting skillshots, comboing correctly, etc. You used to have to watch the fight carefully to know who got hit by your abilities and especially by how many. Teamfighting with Brand usually is very hectic since your E spreading doesn't have a very clear effect and your ult often bounces into fog of war or to places you can't see, making it hard to monitor the amount of passive stacks on each enemy champion. This is what annoys me about this skin, in teamfights I can basically teamfight without having to even think about my passive. I can just wait for my second rotation, check who has two stacks, because it's freaking shown by the skin, and hit them with any ability that happens to be of CD to finish off a target that normally might have survived, had I not been able to see how many stacks were on them. This happens all the time, there's plenty of situations where I'd normally peel for teammates or myself by using Q to stun a target that has passive on them, but with the new skin, I often just Q a backline target that has two passive stacks, screwing the entire backline's positioning and sometimes even winning the teamfight because of this feature. You may be thinking this is great for Brand players, but keep in mind that not everybody owns the skin or is able to get it. I personally own it, but being a one-trick and feeling like I'm forced to always pick the same skin because it's better gameplay wise feels wrong. Adding this feature to all other Brand skins and his base model would fix this, but just removing it would be fine as well IMO, the skin also shows the amount of ult bounces, but this doesn't really bother me that much as it's not as usefull as the passive stack indicator. I hope to get at least a response from a rioter acknowledging this. PS: If you're going to add the feature to his other skins, maybe give my boy a visual update while you're at it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
