@Riot A Question on Runes

In the recent Podcast, you guys noted that Masteries were (if I heard it right) bad because everything was kind of set down and "Everyone knew exactly how to build a certain champion and little interaction was added from them". I was wondering if you plan on doing the same thing with Runes to where, instead of giving stats, runes instead give a bunch of small passive effects with Quints giving larger effects and other runes giving lesser effects? Do you plan on doing something like this?

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
