Caitlyn's traps are still too oppressive, when will you fix this, Riot?

It's not fun when she can lay up to 5 traps under an enemy turret with no consequence whatsoever. I can handle the range, the poke and net escapes. I can handle her long-range execution ult. But her traps, are worse than Teemo's shrooms. Why? Because unlike Caitlyn's traps you can destroy the shrooms without having to proc them.
