Can something please be done to fix Diamond V

Virtually every game I had climbing from Gold III to Diamond V was significantly higher quality than every single game I currently have at Diamond V. I'm even encountering leavers on one team or the other in 15-20% of my games. I can't even play Udyr anymore, because my teams are consistently too bad to use the early game advantage I give them, or won't let me split push. These are problems that I rarely encountered with Gold and Platinum players, and it's kind of ridiculous.
