Fiora could honestly use a little bit love

now before everyone flames and says oh Fiora is fine she still scales super hard, what I'm suggesting isn't anything crazy. I've been spamming Fiora and her outplay potential is still there. the problem is early game her riposte has such a LONG cooldown that even if you use it properly you are zoned for a good 10 seconds afterwards. im ok with her early game dmg being weak and everything else being kind of mediocre, but the riposte cooldown is awful early. no way of really outplaying someone. you are left to just farm with Qs at max range in some matchups which is the opposite of outplay fantasy in lane phase. could fiora get some love on the riposte cooldown?
