Wukong Rework/Update Recommendations - Visual Reference

Please see the linked Google draw doc This Rework/Update plan aims to give Wukong more strength/survivability in lane and to give him damage back without making him overpowered or ‘without counterplay’ Notes: This build rewards item builds that include HP and attack speed items such as Triforce and Black cleaver. This build is more defensive and less aggressive however will reward well timed aggression. **- Stone skin -** Wukong gains 5/10/15 armor and mr at levels 1/10/16 When Wukong is out of combat he becomes readied for battle and gains 2.5 armor / mr per second up to a bonus of 15/30/45. When Wukong takes damage the currently stored bonus remains for 5 seconds then is completely depleted **- Crushing Blow- ** Mana cost: 30 mana Wukong’s next basic attack gains 150 range and reduced the targets armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% for 4 seconds. The attacks crits for 120 / 140 / 160 / 180 / 200% physical damage if the target is within auto attack range, attacks on targets outside auto attack range deal 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 / 180% physical damage. **- Decoy -** Mana cost: 50 mana Wukong leave a decoy of himself and becomes invisible for 1.5 seconds, he also gains 30% tenacity and 5 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% bonus movement speed(cancelled when Wukong leaves invisibility) After 1.5 seconds the decoy perform a circular attack dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) _Note: Decoy should be buffed to allow hopping over short walls with the displacement_ **- Warrior Swipe -** Mana cost: 40 mana Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 16 / 15 seconds Wukong heavily swings his staff dealing 7 / 10 / 15 / 17 / 20% of Wukongs max hp physical damage to enemies in a short range in front of him and knocks them back slightly. ** - Cyclone (Spin to Win) -** Wukong gains 5% movement speed and spins his staff dealing 115% AD damage AttackSpeed times per second to enemies in the area for 4 seconds Enemies are briefly knocked up when first hit by this ability. **Stat changes:** Mana increased to 300 at lvl 1 **-Read More-** I think E is the most OP part of Wukongs kit and it should be changed, I think W is not very good as a disengage thus the movement speed buff I think the dmg from Q is actually quite low compared to many other champs with similar abilities which is a bit silly considering Q is one of Wukongs most important abilities. I think Wukong really needs more mana and a cheaper Q and I believe most Wukong players will agree with this Harambe released a video today talking in depth about his frustrations with the current state of the champ, the history of nerfs and what he thinks is causing the high winrate and the OPness in the past. In summary he was saying stormrazor and electrocute contributed to the excessive burst dmg Wukong had and the high winrate may be more so of a result that Wukong isn't an overly popular champ and is mostly played by one tricks. Stormrazor and electrocute have been nerfed but Wukong hasn't been re-buffed. He was also saying that most high ELO players will flame him or don't want him on their team because he is playing Wukong which is further evidence that the champion is in a very weak state. Are we going to have to wait another 6 months for dev Meddler to return from paternity leave? Surely there is someone else in the company who is capable of working on this.
