Any refunds for the people who "basically" got scammed by Riot during Clash?

I'm talking about the people who paid either Riot Points or Blue Essence for multiple tickets, only for the game mode to break on the first day. These tickets are un-refundable even though those players were unable to play due to mass client bugs. ~ First-day client bug prevents multiple teams to lock in properly (Addressed - and a later play time was set) ~ The second day had an Error bug whenever you tried subbing another player in... causing even more teams to drop. Not really fun paying for something you don't receive...

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
