Mordekaiser, the Master of Shadow Isles [ VGU rework concept ]

Hello everyone, I've thought of a gameplay that would bring Mordekaiser in the meta, making him very interesting and fun to play while still being somehow immobile character but not by much! Let's talk about how Mordekaiser should be played: Mordekaiser is a always going to be immobile melee juggernaunt as for him being a death revenant and warmonger of deaths he should have the mechanics to fight ranged targets as well while being in his melee range. His overall Style of being an Iron Revenant should keep him extremely solid against [ Physical Attack ] while mages can use their advantage against his Iron armors. As for his Title, i chose Master of Shadow isles because he is the oldest being in League of legends and he is the only one who enslaves every living creature or undead to his side so being a master of shadow isles would match his personality. Mordekaiser's Auto Attacks Passively build a shield that absorbs 5% Physical Attack +2/6/10 armors at level 1/11/18/ [ Stacks up to 5 times] [25% Maximum Physical Absorption and 10/30/50 Armor ]. Decays over 5 seconds after 5 seconds out of combat. Mordekaiser's Abilities build a shield that is equal to 5% of his Maximum Health [ Stacks up to 5 times] [25% Maximum Health at 5 stacks]. Starts decaying over 5 seconds after 5 seconds out of combat. **** **Q: Mace of Death sentence**: - **Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Hp** Mordekaiser Charges his Mace with Thunder from the sky for 1-3 seconds. Dealing Total base damage + 60/90/120/150/180 Physical Damage [ 50% Ad + 50% Ap Scaling] Up to 90/150/210/270/330 True damage [ +100% Ad + 100% Ap Scaling ], the damage converts to Highest and true damage only if Mordekaiser Charges his Mace for 3 Seconds. **Additionally, at 1 second cast, this ability will slow the target by 30% for 1 second., at 2 seconds charge, it'll slow the target by 50% for 2 second and deals slightly higher damage and at 3 seconds Charge, this ability will stun the target for 1 second. ** _Mace changes in visuals each second._ **Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3** **** ** W: The Warmonger/ Death Revenant: - [NO COST]** **Passive- The Warmonger**: Mordekaiser restores 2% Hp each second permanently **Active- Death Revenant**: Whenever something Dies near Mordekaiser's Melee range, they'll leave up a soul on top of their body, stays there for 10 seconds, he'll be able to Control the dead target by charging on it, restoring it back to life, hallowing it to death and infecting its brain to be controlled by Mordekaiser's actions. Hallowing any Champion [ 5 seconds ] Hallowing any Unit/small monster [ 1 second ] Hallowing Large Monsters [ 2 seconds ] Hallowing Dragons [ 5 seconds ] Hallowing Elder Dragon [ 10 seconds ] Hallowing Baron [ 10 seconds ] - Hallowed Baron will be able to move by crawling on the ground, slow and powerless to respond but following Mordekaiser's Actions. Mordekaiser gains 5/10/15/20/25% Health when his target is hallowed to follow him, but enable to have more hallowed targets unless the one he hallowed will die or if Mordekaiser dies they die. **Additionally, Mordekaiser's Hallowed target will stay permanently with him till any of them dies.** **Cooldown only starts after Mordekaiser dies or if his Hallowed target dies. Cooldown: 50/45/40/35/30 seconds cooldown ** **** **E: Dread Visage: - [Cost: 50 hp]** Passive: Mordekaiser Blocks Auto attacks by 5/10/15/20/25% Active: Mordekaiser curses an area for 4 seconds [ 800 width and range max] changing it's visuals to Shadow isles visual, hallowing the area and calls a Thunders from the sky to hit all the enemies in the hallowed area Dealing 60/70/80/90/100 Magic damage [ +30% Ap Scaling ] per second and slow enemies by 20% **Additionally: Mordekaiser's Warmonger's passive is tripled in the hallowed area.** **Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 seconds cooldown** **** **R: The Wrath of the Warlord: - [Cost: 150 Hp all ranks]** Mordekaiser aims on enemy champion with his finger [ 300 range ], sends a hallowing Thunder wrath with a screaming terror, dealing 15/20/25% True damage. If the Hallowing Thunder kills the enemy champion it'll deal 100/200/300 Magic damage to all enemies around the dead champion [ 100% Ap scaling ] then it'll bounce to the next enemy champion automatically [ 300 range ] but also takes another 150 hp from Mordekaiser. ****Cooldown: 80/60/40 seconds cooldown **** Pros: 1) Powerful Burst damage if you are charging in the right time 2) True counter against Auto attack champions 3) Abilities and passive that back up for him being immobile 4) Sustain to restore some of the hp he misses while casting abilities 5) Multiple Damages Cons: 1) Immobile and slow 2) has no gap closer/diving ability [ always ready for kites ] 3) Mages and crowd controls will bully him a lot by not giving him a chance to get his passive shields up or using his Q 4) Hitting him anytime will stop him from casting his W to hallow the dead target 5) If you are low hp and his Ultimate is on Cooldown, you can outplay him by avoiding his E and not letting him Auoting you in early-mid game **** Gameplay: Top or Jungle or Mid depends on how you want to play him **** Itemization: Example 1: [Main build] {{item:1413}} {{item:3078}} {{item:3116}} {{item:3083}} {{item:3065}} {{item:3047}} This will be his core build for most battles.
