The defense rune stat path has another "fake" choice, as usual with health runes

The new "defense" rune stat path has a health choice. This choice gives you... Less than 5 health per level? +15-90 Health (based on level) +15 hp at level 1. +90 hp at level 18. Why? Why does this even exist when it's literally just a noob trap? There is NEVER any reason to pick this over armor or magic resistance. You gain LESS than FIVE health points per level. Why have this option present at all?
