The new ADC better be immobile or at least not Kai'sa

I don't know what the next ADC will be nor do I know whats in his/her kit but he/she better be immobile because I don't like seeing another {{champion:145}} . Having some self defense abilities will be fine though but if that champion can blink, long ranged dash,stealth/invisibilty and etc while dealing tons of damage then that just feels sort of frustrating to deal/ catch think of the old ADCs {{champion:22}} {{champion:96}} {{champion:51}} {{champion:110}}
