Please Give Draven A 2 Charge System On His Q For Teamfighting QoL

You have a few options currently while playing as {{champion:119}} and approaching a teamfight: * Somehow get 35% CDR and spam Q to keep the axes spinning out of combat so you'll have 2 ready. * Wait and position properly. Cast Q at start and end up only having 1 axe for the teamfight, significantly gimping your DPS. * Run in to try to get a hit to reset the axe spinning so you can have 2 and end up getting caught out by any CC in the game and losing. It feels like absolute garbage.
