This article is what makes me want to take a break from league

Inside The Culture Of Sexism At Riot Games
Throughout her three years at Riot Games, the company behind League of Legends, Lacy made it her mission to hire a woman into a leadership role. Lacy had heard plenty of excuses for why her female job candidates weren't Riot material. Some were "ladder climbers." Others had "too much ego."
I saw this on twitter from a riot employee, August Browning, and I think riot really needs to change their work envioronment. Look, I’m no SJW or anything like that (I guess you could say I’m far from it), but my simple brain believes everyone should treat each other the way they would want to be treated. This doesn’t follow along with that. I don’t know how much truth this article has, and I don’t always like what Kotaku posts, but since I saw this from a riot employee, I think it has some weight to it. Riot, I love this game, I love the characters, and I love the lore, but you need a better work environment for the company. I know this happens in other companies, but that makes it worse. So I doubt this will make me stop playing league, but it certainly doesn’t make me want to put more money into it. I don’t know what the point of this post was, I just saw an article and wanted to talk about how I felt about it. Have a nice day. Edit: I think my post has gone to a little to far. Just sayin. Edit 2: I think I'm gunna put this post behind me. I don't regret posting it, it was nice to talk about this with different mindsets, and I stand behind all claims I've made in the comments section. However, like I said before, I think it's getting a little out of hand. So to anyone that wants to post and respond on this, have fun.
